Refund and Return Policy for Phone Repairs and Accessories
1. Accessories Refund Policy
- Our policy for accessories is 3 days. If 3 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
- No refunds or returns are accepted for change of mind.
2. Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, the accessory must:
- Be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- Be in its original packaging
- Include a proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges:
- Opened or used accessories
- Items marked as final sale or discounted in promotions
- Products that are damaged or missing parts due to reasons not caused by us
- Software, apps, or digital content
4. Refund Process for Accessories
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a certain amount of days. Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Phone Repair Services Refund Policy
- If you are dissatisfied with the repair, please contact us immediately. We offer a 30-day warranty on all repairs, covering defects in workmanship or parts used in the repair.
- If the issue with your device is related to the repair, we will rectify the problem at no extra charge.
6. No Refund for Repair Services
- Refunds for repair services are not offered for issues that arise from:
- Damage unrelated to the repair process
- Pre-existing issues that were not identified or disclosed during the repair booking
- Change of mind after repair has commenced
- Devices that are found to be beyond repair or are written off due to significant damage
7. Partial Refunds for Repairs
Partial refunds may be granted under certain circumstances, such as:
- If only a part of the requested repair was completed and the service could not be completed due to unforeseen circumstances
- If the repair was unsuccessful, and we could not fix the device
8. Cancellations for Repair Services
- If you decide to cancel the repair service, please contact us before the repair work has started. Once the repair begins, cancellations may not be possible, and charges may apply.
- For repairs involving special orders or specific parts, cancellations after the parts have been ordered may incur a restocking fee.
9. Exchange for Damaged or Defective Products
- We only replace accessories if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a defective product for the same item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item.
- For repair services, if your device was returned to you in a damaged condition due to our error, we will repair it again at no additional cost.
10. Gift Returns and Exchanges
- If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, a gift credit will be issued for the value of your return.
- If the gift was purchased and sent to the giver, the refund will be issued to them directly.
11. Shipping for Returns
- You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs for items being returned for a refund or exchange.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
- For devices sent for repair, we recommend using a trackable shipping service, and you are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your device.

- Our return and refund policy complies with the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if the product is faulty or does not match the description.
