We can test your device and communicate straight away what we found out and a possible solution if it needs repair or replacement. We take consent before commencing any work.
Yes, we offer a 90-day warranty on all our replacement parts only as per warranty terms.
We have experience in repairing water and severely damaged phones. However, the success of the repair depends on the extent of the damage. Bring your phone in as soon as possible. Also ,Water damaged repair will not have any warranty.
We take the utmost care to protect your data. However, it’s recommended to back up your device before bringing it in for repair.
Most of the iPhone and Samsung repairs are completed in 30 min – 2 hours duration However, sometimes depending on parts availability and the complexity of the issue the repair takes longer time. We have local and interstate parts supplier which take 1 to 2 days time for parts to arrive.

The cost of the repair depends on the extent of the damage and the specific repair needed. We charge $50 which is minimum charge for any booking which go towards repairs.

Payment
We accept various forms of payment, including cash, credit/debit cards , Payid bank transfer, Afterpay and Zippay.
Yes if parts are coming from interstate supplier or overseas, we request some advance payment.
Payment is required after completion. if not paid within 7 days , late payment fees 20% will be added. Pick up is must within 2 weeks or device will be our property .We reserve right to hold device as lien until payment made in full.
Shipping
Once your item/s are dispatched by courier/post, we’ll text or email you the tracking number. Reach out if you haven’t received an email or text.
Shipping costs vary depending on product dimensions, generally starting from $15.
